Our speaker today was our own Brad Huffman to share information on ClubRunner and Social Media 101.
Brad shared that ClubRunner is our way to stay connected. You can get email addresses, phone numbers, past issues of the eBulletin, fundraiser updates, and can easily send an email to another club member. There is an app now too that is fairly user friendly.
Brad then asked everyone to take out their phones and download the ClubRunner app from your app store.
ClubRunner app has lots of current info:
- General info
- Members
- Executives
- Events
Use Member Login (top right)
- If you don’t know your login or password, used the “forgot” link and an email will be sent to reset those.
Once logged in, click on Member Area (top right), there are many functions you can then access:
- Membership tab - member list and contact info. Please update your info and add a photo!
- Communication - where you can email one or all club members
- Organization - Dues & Billing to check on your account balance or pay a bill
- Reports - can print a list of all club members or download a printable mailing list
- My ClubRunner - check your profile, attendance, account balance, etc.
Brad then showed step by step how to email to club members.
